Attic, interior, gutters, and roof details

  • Ceiling stains, bubbling paint, damp insulation, musty odor, or daylight through decking.
  • Gutters pulling away, granules at downspouts, overflow marks, and water behind gutters.
  • Pipe boots, vents, skylights, chimney flashing, wall flashing, exposed fasteners, and sealant failures.
  • Drip edge, fascia, soffit, starter shingles, and roof edge transitions.

Storm damage checklist

  • Hail marks on soft metals, vents, gutters, and roof accessories.
  • Wind-lifted shingles, missing ridge caps, loose flashing, and damaged drip edge.
  • Interior stains that appear after heavy rain or wind-driven rain.
  • Photos from the ground before cleanup if debris or visible damage is present.
